These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the legal framework for the provision of the website and services by Miyo Corp and define the conditions of access and use of services by the "User".

These Terms are accessible on the website under the "Terms" section.

Any registration or use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these Terms by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and I accept them".

In case of non-acceptance of the Terms stipulated in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site.

secondovoice.io reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms at any time.

Secondo Voice provides an automated interview service using artificial intelligence to conduct interviews in different languages.

The site is freely accessible from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to restricted services. To access these, they must register by completing the registration form. By agreeing to register for restricted services, member Users commit to providing truthful and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, particularly their email address.

To access the services, Users must identify themselves using their username and password, which will be provided after registration.

Any regularly registered member User may also request to unsubscribe by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable time.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of secondovoice.io. In these cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any service interruption or suspension, even without notice.

Article 3: Data Collection

The site ensures the collection and processing of personal information in compliance with privacy regulations according to the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computers, files, and freedoms.

Secondo Voice is a registered trademark of Miyo Corp. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, of any nature whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.

Users must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copying of the various contents. They commit to using the site's content strictly for private purposes, and any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator, would constitute an infringement punishable by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, Users who reproduce, copy, or publish protected content must cite the author and source.

The site cannot be held liable in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. Users are informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave secondovoice.io. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.

Article 7: Cookies

Users are informed that during their visits to the site, a cookie may automatically be installed on their browser software.

Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the User's computer hard drive by your browser and are necessary for using secondovoice.io. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify someone. A cookie contains a unique identifier, randomly generated and therefore anonymous. Some cookies expire at the end of the User's visit, others remain.

Article 8: User Publication

The site allows members to publish the following content:
Interview, Interview question, Image.

In their publications, members commit to respecting Netiquette rules (Internet code of conduct) and current legal regulations.

The site may moderate publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication without having to justify this to the member.

Members retain all their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing content on the site, they grant the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and disseminate their publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property rights. Members notably grant the right to use their publication on the internet and mobile phone networks.

The publishing company commits to displaying the member's name near each use of their publication.

Any content posted online by Users is their sole responsibility. Users commit not to post content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the site will be the responsibility of the User.

User content may be removed or modified by the site at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
